How do I get back what I bought?

Open Settings in the game and tap Restore purchases. Restore brings back VIP, No Ads and the paint styles you bought, including the Starter Pack's Honey style. Coins and boosters are used when you buy them, so a store cannot restore them.

I reinstalled the game and my progress is gone.

Paint Harbor has no accounts: your progress is saved on your phone only, and removing the app removes it. A phone backup (iCloud or Google) may bring it back when you restore that phone.

A purchase did not arrive.

Open the game with an internet connection: a purchase that was waiting (an approval from a family organizer, or a payment still pending) arrives then. If it is still missing, email us the store receipt.

I redeemed a code, or bought from the App Store or Google Play app.

Open Paint Harbor: coins from a code or from a purchase made outside the game arrive the next time it opens. A code redeemed before the game was first opened on that phone cannot be matched to it: email us the receipt and we will help.

How do I change my ad and privacy choices?

In the game, Settings → Privacy options (shown where the law asks for it). On iPhone, Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. On Android, the system settings for Google ads (Settings → Google → Ads, or Privacy → Ads).

How do I delete my data?

Uninstall the game to remove everything stored on your phone; this also resets the identifier that analytics use. Analytics and crash data are not linked to your name and the game shows no ID, so we cannot single out your records: they are deleted automatically when their retention period ends. Purchase records can be found through a store receipt, so email us the receipt to ask for their deletion. The Privacy Policy explains what exists and for how long.

Are there timers, lives or ads?

There are no timers and no lives: nothing stops you playing, and every level can be solved without boosters. A short ad can appear after you finish some levels (from level 20, never in the Daily Drip). Reward videos are always your choice.

How do I remove the ads between levels?

Open the Shop and buy No Ads once, or tap Remove ads in Settings. VIP removes them too. If you bought No Ads before, tap Restore purchases in Settings to bring it back.
